• Camera on board concrete streetlight poles
• Communication risers fiber and power risers
• Power supplies
- Double wood locations
• Include pictures
• Identify attachments needing to be transferred
• Pole location data (GPS coordinates)
- Missing tags for equipment and fiber identification
• Attachment owner
• Include pictures
• Pole location (GPS coordinates) of missing tag
- Safety issues that need immediate review (e.g. Communications wires too close to secondary, rotted pole, etc.)
