The Vendor is required to provide to procure banking services to meet the depository and cash management services to effectively manage and comply with department program funds and non- department -related account funds, to include but not limited to, depository services, electronic fund transfers, collateralization of deposits reporting requirements for the agency.
- Electronic fund transfers (EFT/ACH), wire transfers; at a minimum, must have an electronic communication and file transmission system.
- Account maintenance and reporting; at a minimum, must provide monthly account reconcilement reports, bank statements, account analysis statements, confirmations and other report related features.
- Customer service and dispute resolution procedures;
- Collateralization of deposits in compliance with state and federal law;
- Check processing and fraud prevention tools;
- Depository services; describe the bank deposit processing services and include information on the processing of returned and re-cleared items.
- Account maintenance and reporting; the account reconciliation service(s), include how services may be differentiated between accounts. Also, describe the bank's check truncation services, including estimated savings if used.
- Electronic fund transfers (EFT), Automated Clearing House (ACH), wire transfers; describe the incoming and outgoing electronic money transfer services; include safeguards and security measures offered such as ACH blocking/filtering services.
- Check processing and fraud prevention tools; describe check processing services and any related fraud prevention tools.
- Collateralization of deposits in compliance with state and federal law; describe collateralization of deposits will be in compliance with state and federal law; and
- Customer service and dispute resolution procedures; describe customer service and dispute resolution procedures.
