The Vendor is required to provide public equity investment advisory services to the agency.
- Advisor shall provide public equity investment advisory services to construct, maintain, and monitor an investment portfolio that is consistent with and integrated into agency investment policy statement.
- Advisor shall:
• Provide information, research, and analysis that may be of benefit to agency;
• Monitor portfolio performance against the designated benchmark(s);
• Provide monthly, quarterly and annual quantitative and qualitative assessments of the portfolio;
• Report timely on key events that may impact the portfolio’s value such as market changes, geopolitical, personnel, or regulatory changes;
• Attend agency board meetings, investment advisory committee meetings and/or legislative hearings, as requested; and
• Maintain regular communication with the chief investment officer, managing director of public equity and/or the external advisor team, including telephone and onsite consultations and assistance, as required by agency.
