Investment Management Services

The Vendor is required to provide financial institutions that are interested in providing the town with investment management services.
- Reserves the right to use and include any ideas, concepts, alternate solutions, extra features, enhancements and performance concepts presented in any proposal, whether or not that proposal is selected by the Town.
- Services include:
•    Independent state and controlled public corporation.
•    Access to a large network of financial institutions and deposit options.
•    Produce financial statements about the investment portfolio on an annual basis.
•    Minimum market capitalization assets under management of $500 million.
•    Advisory team with minimum size of two.
•    Members of team with expertise related to the municipal sector and investments permitted in accordance with the municipal act, 2001.
•    Members in good standing with the responsible investment association (RIA).
•    Diversity and inclusion within the advisory team
•    High privacy and confidentiality standards.
