The vendor is required to provide the current merchant card processor is Fulton bank.
- Credit card processing for visa, Mastercard, discover card, American Express, and debit and ATM is required.
- Provide the college with the ability to accept payment through the use of credit and debit cards.
- The college currently accepts credit card payment in person and online.
- The college will be credited daily for the gross amount of the bank card transactions.
- Requirements
• Bank must include proposed rates and fees by each card type; visa, Mastercard, discover, and American Express, with any proposed discounts quoted separately from proposed rates and fees.
• Vendors must work with TouchNet and ACI payments, inc. as the gateway.
• Must be PCI compliant at all levels.
• Bank must include monthly maintenance and merchant account fees.
• Bank must provide samples of standard reports, including detail and summary reports.
• Bank must provide a relationship manager with at least three years’ experience handling government credit card accounts.
• An accessible relationship manager to facilitate on-site new product implementation and training, if necessary.
• Bank must provide electronic authorization, data capture and settlement services for all visa, Mastercard, discover, and American Express transactions generated by the college.
• Bank must offer next business day funding.
• Discount fees debited on the first business day of the following month from the designated DDA account.
• Merchant discount fee will apply to only net sales.
• Deposit reconciliation through service by bank account.
• Customer service 24 HR/7 days a week as well as terminal or software helpline for transaction settlement and processing.
• Transmissions received prior to 2:00am Est, on a business day, are settled via ach network within 24 hours into the designated bank account of choice by the college.
• Bank must provide for multiple settlements of accounts.
• Credit card chargebacks and other debit adjustments must be debited separately.
• Bank must provide monitoring and immediate notification process if transaction transmission fails.
• Annual merchant relationship review and summary of activity and fees per department.
• Monthly statement of daily bankcard activity by merchant id, deposit type, date of deposit, adjustments by date and type and detailed monthly fees by merchant id.
• Summary of current month-to-month statistical information detailing the quantity and type of transactions, average transaction amount and annual dollar amount processed by merchant id.
• Daily activity must be available online and accessible by various users at various locations.
• Online product that will allow various users access to on-demand information reporting and transaction details.
• Re-programming of college current equipment, if necessary.
• Provide equipment as required.
• Preferred services—chip and card readers.
• The college currently does not have this option and desires to have chip and card readers set up.
