The Vendor is required to provide payment processing service providers to deliver secure, reliable, and cost-effective payment solutions for the acceptance of electronic payments, including credit cards, debit cards, ACH transactions, and digital wallets.
- The County processes approximately 34,500 transactions via credit card and ACH annually, with an estimated annual value of $239,800,000, 96% of which is attributable to property tax payments.
- The current payment solution is Global Payments (formerly Heartland Payment Systems).
- Provide to enhance efficiency, transparency, and customer convenience by implementing a modern payment processing solution that ensures data security, compliance, and seamless integration with existing financial systems.
