Security and Surveillance Needs Assessment and Analysis Services

The Vendor is required to provide for comprehensive analyses and survey of all town of medley buildings, including existing security and camera surveillance systems to provide, for needed improvements to security and surveillance systems, including but not limited to detailed survey of all town public buildings, existing camera and surveillance systems.
- This initiative is essential to enhancing the overall safety and protection of town employees, residents, assets, and infrastructure. 
- Provider will play a critical role in helping the town identify current and potential security risks and recommending practical, effective mitigation strategies.
- The town expects the Provider to proactively manage all aspects of the assessment process, including data collection, interviews, risk modeling, system evaluations, and responsiveness to Town staff throughout the engagement.
- Security Assessment Plan
•    Site inspection procedures
•    Risk and threat evaluation processes
•    Surveillance system review and performance testing
•    Identification of vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies, and location
•    Reporting structure and deliverable format
