The Vendor is required to provide for specialized physical security and protection services for senior public officials and high-profile individuals across state.
- Risk Assessments
• Open-source reporting on:
o physical threats against the client, or their immediate team;
o demonstrations or protests against the Client and their activities including public appearances or announcements;
o Hate speech against the client, or their immediate team;
o Security incidents and/or police interventions against the client, their respective residences or offices and/or their immediate team;
• Heat map of high crime areas where the client resides or will be travelling to;
• Deep and Dark web reporting of physical threats related to the Client or any scheduled events
- Event Security Guard(s) must:
• Conduct regular patrols of the venue in order to detect any suspicious activity, to maintain order and establish a visible security presence.
• Monitor access points and prevent entry by unauthorized individuals.
• Primary tasks are overt deterrence presence, access control (if possible), threat detection (line of sight), and risk mitigation.
• Respond with use of force in the event of a situation that may potentially have an impact on the
• Client’s safety and security.
• Enforce event rules in consultation with event coordinator, venue representatives and the client.
• Implement emergency response and evacuation in the event of an emergency, or risk of physical harm to the client and communicate, when possible and safe to do so, with the police of jurisdiction
• Report all security incidents forthwith to office project authority within six (6) hours of occurrence.
- Residential Security Guard(s) must:
• Where requested, control entry into residential premises to prevent unauthorized access for properties that have vehicular/pedestrian access control points (i.e., gated entrance(s)).
• Where requested, confirm with the client (or their delegate) if access may be granted to an individual requesting entrance who has not previously been authorized, for properties that have vehicular/pedestrian access control points.
• Where requested, maintain a list of authorized individuals and verify their identification prior to entering the residential premises for properties that have vehicular/pedestrian access control points.
• Assess the situation in the event of an emergency and take appropriate action, such as contacting the police of jurisdiction or other municipal emergency services.
• Regularly patrol the property to identify potential threats or suspicious behavior and take immediate action to rectify them.
• Respond to any bomb threats or suspicious packages, by calling the police of jurisdiction.
• 24/7 security surveillance of residence and property identified by the client and/or delegate.
• Primary tasks are security monitoring, patrolling and reporting. Protect evidence, as required.
• Upon any potential or actual breach of the residence, immediately call 911.
• Report all security incidents forthwith to the office project authority within a minimum of six (6) hours of occurrence.
