Camera System

The Vendor is required to provide for professional camera supply and installation services.
- The camera system requires 24x7 recording with infrared capabilities.
- The camera system has no supporting infrastructure on site
- Design, purchase, and implementation of the required network equipment required to provide camera network services.
- Purchase and installation of any required bridges or cabling required to connect all devices.
- Cameras:
•    Ubiquiti or Ubiquiti system compatible cameras.
•    4K resolution.
•    Environmental and vandal proof rated (IP65 and IK04 minimal ratings) for outdoor cameras.
•    Condensation resistant.
•    Low visibility rated.
•    IR visibility up to 40m.
•    Image stabilization to reduce blurring.
•    Capable of 15 fps or more.
•    Defocus detection.
•    Zoom capable, up to 3x.
•    RJ45 connectivity.
•    PoE compliant.
•    8 megapixel.
•    Motion detection capable.
•    Microphones required if the camera will be within range of any buildings or amenities.
- Any switches to be installed outdoor to be securely stored in an appropriate container that is weather and vandal resistant
- Bridging versus running cabling between cameras would be up to the bidder to determine which is the better option for reliability, maintenance, and susceptibility to tampering.
- All required configurations within the Unifi software to provide for two separated vlans, one for cameras, and one for Wi-Fi (potential future use), with proper data priority provided for the cameras
- All cabling to be purple in color for security camera cabling other than fiber.
