The vendor is required to provide that food services for restaurant operations and management of a full-service destination restaurant.
- This would include, but not be limited to;
• Food service,
• Recruitment, hiring and training of appropriate levels of staff,
• Local food procurement and ordering,
• Inventory management,
• Supply chain management
• Food costing
• Menu creation,
• Food and alcohol coordination specific to the restaurant
• Marketing, social media and branding
- The food service provider will have the opportunity to host pop-up or small events within the restaurant licensed space, with advanced coordination with the city.
- The food service provider will need to work collaboratively with other on-site contractors responsible for the provision of skate rentals and pedal boat rentals.
