RFP Description

The vendor is required to provide staffing and HR services for include:
•    Vendor will have a single point of contact for agency members. 
•    Vendor will work with members to determine needs and hours of work required. 
•    Allow members to interview potential employees; with the right to accept or reject said personnel. 
•    Perform due diligence to assure personnel have the proper qualifications before recommending placement. 
•    Provide background screening and criminal checks of prospective employees. 
•    The cost of this service will be incurred by the agency member. 
•    Chosen vendors will confirm availability of temporary employee within 4 hours to 1 business day. 
•    It is understood that some positions may be “hard to fill”; in which case members may list the posting with all vendors. 
•    Vendors will instruct employees on proper attire for position. 
•    Should members require drug testing and a DMV check it is understood the agency member will incur the cost. 
•    Any issues regarding invoices shall be directed to the agency member. 
•    Should an employee fail to perform the required duties or adhere to member’s directions or leave before the assignment is completed the vendor shall replace that employee within two (2) working days at no cost to the agency member; including, but not limited to, training time, background check, id badges, drug testing, etc. 
•    Vendors are responsible for any unreturned keys, badges, etc. said items must be returned to the agency member within 5 business days or member will invoice vendor for replacement costs incurred.
