The vendor required to provide executive search firms and recruitment services for a range of staffing needs including, but not limited to, leadership positions for all five campuses and office.
- Requirement:
• Recruitment - contractor shall utilize national and local databases, or the like, to actively seek out potential candidates with superior qualifications and skills for the position(s).
• Provide to university an account executive who shall be responsible for managing the overall relationship between contractor and university at the executive level and acting as a point of escalation within contractor for the resolution of issues that are not resolved at lower levels.
• The account executive should have deep knowledge of contractor’s processes, organization, products and services, and the agreement resulting from this procurement.
• Provide all resources necessary to meet the mutually agreed project timeline, including any supplemental staff required to ensure compliance with the agreed-upon timeline.
• The following steps related to each search engagement (in addition to any other specific requirements noted in this document).
• Detailed and intensive credential investigation - contractor shall conduct and provide a detailed written “credential report” on each of the individual finalists.
• Performance and replacement guarantee: at minimum, awarded firms shall have a performance and replacement guarantee of no less than one year.
• Background checks: prior to the new hire's start date, the university designee may choose to have the contractor conduct or assist in full background checks that are compliant with current university board of trustee’s policy and standards (t10-088).
• This may include:
o A preliminary screening or validation of information in resumes
o Reference checks
o Criminal history search
o Sex offender registry search
o Social security trace
o Coordinate the Cori and Sori check with university contractor
o These services will be provided at no additional cost to the university
o Social media checks
• Semi-annual business review (SABR): contractor’s account team will meet with designated university representatives on a semi-annual basis and otherwise at university’s reasonable request.
• Contractor shall supply university with a semiannual performance report, the format of which will be reasonably determined by university.
