IT Products Cisco, IP Communications and Security Service

The vendor is required to provide that IT products cisco, IP communications and security service.
-The County reserves the right to make multiple awards, awards based on lowest unit cost, or no award.
-Services include:
•New Cisco Network and Internet-protocol (IP) Communications hardware, software, licenses, components, warranty, Smartnet, and support services,
•New Cisco network or cyber security hardware, software, licenses, components, warranty, Smartnet, and support services,
•New Cisco server hardware software, licenses, components, warranty, Smartnet, and support services,
•New Cisco Unified Communications hardware, software, licenses, components, warranty, Smartnet, and support services,
•Cisco network optimization and management solutions including hardware, software, licenses, components, warranty, Smartnet, and support services,
•Accessories, components, converters, or other hardware necessary to provide complete, Cisco IP network, security, server, or communications solutions, and/or
•Professional services for the installation, upgrade, maintenance, enhancement, assessment, or repair of the County’s enterprise infrastructure for network and IP communications.
-Responsibility:
•The appropriate and adequate technical experience required;
•Adequate personnel and equipment to perform the work expeditiously;
•Ability to comply with the required or proposed delivery and installation schedule;
•A satisfactory record of performance;
•The ability of Bidder to provide future maintenance and/or service;
•Adequate financial means to meet obligations incidental to the work; and
•Such other factors as the county deem to be pertinent to either the bid or the contract.
-Responsiveness: The determination of the Bidder’s responsiveness will be made by the county based on a consideration of whether the bidder has submitted complete bid documents meeting bid requirements without irregularities, exclusions, special conditions, or alternative bids for any item unless specifically requested in the solicitation.
-Contract Period/Term: 1 years
