1. Project management
• Delivering IT project management services using proven methodologies, including those from the project management body of knowledge (PMBOK® guide), to support the successful execution of digital transformation and IT initiatives.
• Developing project terms of reference, including the project charter, scope, high level requirements, estimated costs and resource requirements.
• Managing all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, closing, and post-implementation review including schedule, deliverables, and resource coordination.
• Implementing and monitoring quality assurance and control practices to ensure project outcomes meet defined objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Developing and implementing a communications plan, including progress reports to sponsors and stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective information dissemination.
• Identifying, assessing, and documenting project risks and issues, including escalating critical items as needed and facilitating problem resolution.
• Establishing and implementing a change control process to evaluate and implement changes to scope, schedule, and cost while maintaining alignment with project goals.
• Managing a project budget, including establishing a cost base line and regular variance reporting comparing actual costs to budget forecasts.

• Deliver services to assess and define current and future states including structure, operations, technology, processes, and capabilities to establish a shared understanding among stakeholders to support planning, decisions making, and transformation initiatives.

• Delivering change management services using methodologies and practices aligned with industry standards, such as those outlined in the association of change management professionals (ACMP) standard or PROSCI® change management methodology.

• Designing communication and engagement plans to ensure consistent messaging, build awareness, and foster stakeholder buy-in throughout the change lifecycle.
• Supporting training and capability development initiatives to enable adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
• Monitoring and evaluating change adoption and effectiveness, including the development of metrics, feedback mechanisms, and continuous improvement strategies.
• Facilitating alignment across leadership and stakeholder groups to ensure shared understanding of change objectives, risks, and success criteria.
