The Vendor is required to provide legal services on an “as needed” basis.
- Investigation, legal research, drafting pleadings and legal memoranda, and formal representation of the district in administrative hearings and federal and state court.
- Legal advice and representation of the district in litigation on an as-required basis on any or all matters.

• Special education and section 504 of the rehabilitation act
• Statutory and regulatory interpretation
• Student discipline and expulsion
• Taxation – state and local sales, use, and property tax
• Workers’ compensation
