The vendor is required to provide that professional legal services.
- This includes but is not limited to: technical competence, capacity and capability to perform the work, and past record of performance with such factors as control of costs, quality of work and ability to meet schedules.
- Offeror must demonstrate experience in legal representation, consultation, advice, and litigation support of the agency on all county legal work as directed by the county manager and/or designee, including administrative hearings and experience of administrative decisions before state and federal courts in state.
must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years’ experience representing local government(s).
• Offeror must schedule one (1) day a month for in-house scheduled appointments for consultation, advice, and legal representation for the agency of all county legal work.
• Any other required litigation related to administrative proceedings, state or federal court.
• Provide updates, consultation and legal advice to the board of county commissioners in person and/or in writing from time to time as designated necessary by the county manager and designee.
