Outside Counsel Legal Services

The vendor is required to provide outside counsel legal services to identify and evaluate law firms capable of serving as outside counsel or providing specialized legal services as needed.
- Including water districts and river authorities, in applicable areas of law, including but not limited to water law, construction law, contracting and procurement, real estate law, environmental law, tax exempt and taxable bond matters, general litigation, open government requirements, and other related areas of law relevant to the operations of a political subdivision in the state.
- The legal services to be provided within these areas include, at a minimum, performing legal analyses, providing oral and written opinions and advice, drafting legal documents and instruments appropriate to the specified fields of expertise.
