Legal Support Services

The vendor is required to provide legal support services program, comprised of an array of services that may include legal advice or representation, one-on-one counseling, information and referrals to additional resources when appropriate, and education.
- The program will support tenants navigating eviction, rent increases, unsafe living conditions, or other rental housing challenges.
1. Promotion and outreach:
•    The consultant will ensure appropriate outreach to inform service agencies and the public about services included in the program including plan to support city of tenant residents and Spanish outreach plans.
2. Intake: 
•    Provide tenant screening and selection using standardized procedures.
3. Counseling: 
•    List of staff positions, staff qualifications and staff responsibilities including scope of legal knowledge and services offered.
4. Education: 
•    The consultant will provide training and education to inform tenants through workshops and trainings. 
•    Description of opportunities to leverage the funding to further serve this community.
5. Outcomes: 
•    Provide proposed outcome measurements including how the organization will measure success in terms of improved client outcomes and quality of service delivery.
