FY26 Legal Services

The vendor is required to provide fy26 legal representation of former board staff in several matters.
- Provide legal representation as conflicts counsel for former employees of the board of cosmetology, including, but not limited to all aspects of state and federal legal matters, including but not limited to the below listed actions, until final judgment, including any appeals.
- The successful applicant must conduct a thorough conflict of interest screening prior to performing any legal work for the board of cosmetology.
