Legal Processing Services

The Vendor is required to provide timely, accurate, competent, and convenient daily legal processing services.
- Must be able to serve or attempt to serve documents at various hours of the day, night, and on weekends.  
- Deliver or “serve” legal documents to a defendant or person involved in a court case.
- After serving any legal documents, process servers shall deliver actual evidence that the legal papers were served.
- Service on the defendant at the new address in a different county may entitle contractor(s) to payment for successful service providing that there has been adequate documentation.
- Provide a monthly summary report containing the amount of process service requests accepted by the contractor(s) and the amount of successful process services completed.
- The service of photo safety enforcement citations is handled under the contract for the photo safety enforcement program.
- The city reserves the right to add the service of photo safety enforcement citations to this contract with reasonable notice to the contractor and negotiation with the contractor.
- Provides a broad range of services to the community including but not limited to serving legal documents, same day courier services and timely transport of documents.
