The Vendor is required to provide legal services on a contractual hourly basis to serve as legal representation on behalf of the agency in a court setting for child welfare and child support cases under the purview of the county department as a back-up to the fulltime department attorney services.
- Provide legal representation and attorney-related services for child welfare and child support matters on an hourly rate contractual basis for the county department in the absence of the employed staff attorney.
- Services rendered may include legal representation in a courtroom setting, drafting legal documents, and legal staffing with agency staff.
