Legal Services

The Vendor is required to provide legal services related to regulatory matters.
- Provide legal support services and to provide documents necessary for:
•    General rate filings
•    Abbreviated rate filings
•    Surcharge filings
•    Applications to the division for authority to borrow
•    Represent board in other proceedings and petitions, commission or division initiated dockets, dealing with intervenors, dealing with the attorney general’s office and any other parties who may be part of these proceedings.
•    Legal opinions or counsel regarding other legal matters that may have a regulatory impact on the board, or an impact on rates.
