The vendor is required to provide disaster logistics support services of equipment, personnel, technical and logistical support, and project management services.
• Logistical support: provide technical assistance and logistics support across the full spectrum of response operations.
• Emergency and relief workforce housing and sustenance: provide comprehensive basecamp services for responders, including temporary housing, food services, laundry, and sanitation.
• This also covers kitchen and food services for the affected population.
• Preposition contracting: pre-establish contracts for critical services and supplies.
• Site preparation for temporary housing: prepare sites for the installation of temporary housing units.
• Transportation – equipment and materials transfer and storage: provide transportation services for the movement and storage of equipment and materials.
• Generator packages for critical public facilities: supply and install generator packages.
• Portable lighting: provide portable lighting systems.
• Emergency pumps and piping: supply and operate emergency pumps and piping.
• Fuel supply for response and recovery operations: offer fuel services support for emergency vehicles, generators, and other equipment.
• Emergency satellite communications (IP telephone): provide satellite communication systems.
• Portable toilets: supply and maintain portable toilets.
• Portable modular living quarters, galleys, bathroom facilities, laundry units, offices, command centers, first aid and medical units: supply, install, and maintain these specialized units, including mobile command support units.
• Congregate sheltering support: provide comprehensive support for congregate shelters, including setup, operations, management, and demobilization.
• This includes the provision of cots, blankets, hygiene kits, and other essential supplies, as well as staff to manage and operate the shelter.
• Evacuation transportation support: provide evacuation transportation support to include buses and drivers to supplement county-run evacuations.
• This service includes coordination of routes, timing, and passenger manifests to ensure safe and efficient transport of the population to designated safe locations or shelters.
• Portable potable water storage: offer large-scale potable water storage solutions.
• Tents: supply and set up tents.
• Decontamination clean-up: ensure all contractor equipment and sites are properly decontaminated.
• Community points of distribution: provide equipment, manpower, and logistics for operating pods and distributing materials like bottled water, ice, tarps, and MREs.
• Donations management: assist with the management of public donations.
• Planning support: assist county emergency management with pre-event planning.
