Special Conflict and Litigation Counsel Services

The vendor is required to provide special conflict and litigation counsel services for the county on a when and as needed basis, in instances where the office of county counsel cannot represent the county due to a conflict of interest, scheduling conflict, or where the office of county counsel determines that the matter may be more effectively handled by special conflict and litigation counsel.
