Legal Counsel Services

The vendor is required to provide legal counsel services for include:
•    Defend claims relative to the city council
•    File lawsuits and defend same on behalf of the city council prepare reports and provide advice and counsel to the city council regarding issues that arise, that include, but are not limited to: litigation, regulations and ordinances;
•    Interact with the city administration on related legal issues; 
•    Interact with the city’s insurance carrier, regarding liability issues;
•    Attend meetings as requested by the mayor and council.
