Tax Sales and Legal Services

The vendor is required to provide tax sales and legal services to the city in actions wherein the city is a creditor. 
- This shall include, but not be limited to, representing the city in actions wherein the debtor owes delinquent ad valorem taxes; filing a timely proof of claim on behalf of the city; other related legal services needed by the department. 
- Provide services under the direction of the department of treasury and formal approval of the city attorney. 
- The aforementioned representation, no decision shall be made without prior approval of consent of the city attorney.
