Outside Counsel Legal Services

The Vendor is required to provide legal advice and representation on an as-needed basis in situations in which corporation.
- Providing review, analysis and application of relevant law;
- Attending Board public meetings, committee meetings, and trainings to offer legal interpretations and opinions as necessary;
- Representing the Board as a plaintiff in litigation as necessary;
- Compiling evidence and drafting demand letters, notices, and/or complaints;
- Representing the Board in negotiation and settlement proceedings; and
- Handling appeals, interlocutory and post-trial;
- Any other related services deemed necessary by the Common Council acting on behalf of the Board.

- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
