The vendor required to provide legal consultation and representation services on an as-needed basis.
- Manage the entire application process, including:
•    Collecting required documentation from hiring division and applicant,
•    Preparing and completing Conrad 30 j-1 visa waiver and h-1b visa applications with all supporting
•    Documentation,
•    Submitting applications to the appropriate state and federal authorities.
•    Communicating with authorities throughout the process.
•    Securing documented approval of legal immigration status of applicants.
- Provide process orientation training upon request, including:
•    Introduction to process
•    Legal requirements for recruiting and hiring candidates under the j-1 visa waiver program.

- Contract Period/Term: 3 years
