Court Filing Legal Process Servers and Messenger Services

The vendor required to provide court filing legal process servers and messenger services for requirements:
•    Ability to make general and legal messenger deliveries, service of process, and court filings with the capacity for same day return of conformed copies and return of all conformed copies with 48 hours. 
•    Have the equipment, facilities, and instrumentalities required to perform the service. 
•    Demonstrate experienced process servicers and messengers. 
•    Provide properly completed proofs of service within requested timeframe. 
•    Provide timely services for all appointments. 
•    Demonstrate ability to provide services beyond normal business hours. 
•    For electronic solutions or online internet-based services, provide a minimum of two training sessions for city of staff.
