State Legislative Representation Services

The Vendor is required to provide activities related to state legislative representation services.
- Engage directly with legislative committees, budget committees, and administrative staff on issues impacting agency operations, capital projects, and workforce, providing proactive updates and advocacy on pending legislation and state budget actions.
- Assist in drafting and presenting legislative testimony, letters of support/opposition, and other advocacy materials as needed.
- Undertake additional assignments mutually agreed upon that support agency legislative and strategic objectives.
- Provide written reports at least monthly summarizing advocacy activities, outcomes, and emerging opportunities, along with a comprehensive end-of-session report.
- Provide quarterly legislative scorecards, annual strategy briefings to the Board, and ad hoc policy memos as requested.
- The Consultant shall comply with all Federal and State laws and regulations relating to lobbying activities and provide all documentation necessary to support required filings.
