The Vendor is required to provide to realize the potential benefits of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), through the development and deployment of GenAI, while balancing the risks of these technologies.
- The On-Site Counseling Program is a component of a comprehensive Corpsmember development program which includes programs in work learn, literacy, career development, conservation awareness, community activism and basic education.
- Therefore, the approach needs to be one of short-term crisis counseling, education and linking Corpsmembers with community resources for longer term care, and education/support activities, with the Contractor monitoring progress.
- In coordination with the service district Corpsmember Development staff (CD), the counselor provides counseling to Corpsmembers. Growing from that core element, the on-site counselor provides an expanded array of services such as: individual and group counseling, support groups, education and personal development classes/workshops (such as sexual assault prevention), peer leadership development, peer counseling, staff consultation and training, identifying and engaging Corpsmembers into the counseling program and referral to community services. In other words, the on-site counselor will work in conjunction with the CD and center staff in developing the overall design of the center on-site counseling program.
- Provide a time-based, visual reference of management-referred employees to note progress or non-progress of counseling efforts regarding the preferred issue.
