Environmental Legal Services

The vendor required to provide environmental legal services to be performed shall be subject to the general control, approval and direction of the authority’s president.
•    The successful firm may be requested to offer counsel and assist in response to regulatory inquiries related to environmental compliance matters involving air emission levels and contaminants levels as prescribed within permits. 
•    Firm, when necessary, must work with consultants, engineers, staff, and technical advisors in a cost-effective manner. 
•    Firm, when necessary, will be required to hire subconsultants on behalf of the authority to provide expert testimony in the defense of the case. 
•    The contract period will begin on march 1, 2026, through February 28, 2027.
