Outside Legal Counsel Services

The Vendor is required to provide as outside legal counsel in various matters.
- This is on an as-needed basis and agency reserves the right to work with any outside counsel of our choosing for specific matters.
- Corporate/commercial matters, including but not limited to M&A, complex leases, banking, and financing transactions (including deferred compensation and other specialized matters), and governance
- Employment and Labor, including both union and non-union matters
- Education and Special Education, including but not limited to federal and state compliance issues, due process
- Zoning/Planning/Permitting matters specific to County and the State
- Family law, including custody matters and complex issues involving parental rights and child/student rights.

- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
