Land Use Counsel Services

The Vendor is required to provide university, require expertise and proficiency in all aspects of land use, zoning laws and real estate transactions in the referenced region.
- Wide range of land use matters including, but not limited to, the ability to work with and represent university for all land use, land development and zoning needs with all necessary authorities.
- Wide range of Land Use, Land Development and Zoning matters including, but not limited to, local codes and variances, demolition, new construction, parking and traffic, storm water, sustainability requirements.
- Significant experience in providing land development, land use and zoning services for large scale capital projects for a college or university.
- The Law Firm must possess all expertise in-house and may not rely on subcontractors or on third-party counsel to provide expertise in any of the relevant practice areas. 
- The Law Firm must not have a conflict of interest with any of the parties involved in the transaction.
