Legal Representation Services

The vendor required to provide in-person, video (i.e., zoom), and telephonic-facilitated legal representation.
- Requirement:
•    Provide legal representation consistent with the obligations set forth in the rules of professional conduct, court rules, and board rules as set forth in WAC 263-12;
•    Submit monthly statements indicating number of hours worked on behalf of injured worker and a general description of the work performed, billed in 0.1-hour increments.
