City Attorney Services

The Vendor is required to provide a wide range of legal services to the city and the city council, providing analysis, strategy, and legal advice to protect the city against liability and to accomplish desired policy objectives.
- The Council is looking for broad municipal legal skills and services, including but not limited to:
•    Home Rule Cities
•    Contracts and Intergovernmental Agreements
•    Land Use and Entitlements
•    Personnel Issues
•    Public Safety
•    Risk Management
•    Municipal Tax Law.
