The vendor required to provide legal services include corporate work, contract and procurement review, regulatory compliance, litigation support, labor and personnel services, and other legal services.
- Requirement:
1. Technical specifications (legal services capabilities)
•    Compliance with the functional and professional requirements
•    Demonstrated expertise in transit, public sector or nonprofit corporate legal services
•    Demonstrated ability to provide the legal services
•    Any value-added legal services or enhancements beyond minimum requirements (this could be any expertise, resources, technology (client portals,) etc.)
2. Implementation approach / service delivery
•    Clarity and feasibility of the firm’s proposed approach to providing ongoing legal services
•    Realism of staffing plans, resource allocation, and attorney availability
•    Ability to meet agency operational, regulatory, and scheduling needs
•    Flexibility to accommodate TCAT’s evolving legal needs, including urgent or time-sensitive matters.
