• Identify the compensation package your firm will utilize, including whether you would charge a flat fee or bill hourly.
• Identify the anticipated expenses associated with the tax sale foreclosure process.
• Identify how your firm handles service of process on the property owner and other interested parties.
• Identify whether your firm will open an estate in cases where the property owner is deceased, and, if so, the compensation requested for such service.
