The Vendor is required to provide legal services to be performed on behalf of the city include, but may not be limited to:
• Municipal prosecutions
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and leases
• Advise on real estate, land use, downtown development authority and brownfield redevelopment authority legal issues, policies, and negotiations
• Attend city council meetings as necessary
• Other legal services as needed.
