• Collective bargaining matters and arbitration
• FMLA regulations

• Representation of agency in administrative and civil matters
- Procurement and contracting
• Draft and review of procurement documents, contracts, agreements, and MOUs
• Compliance with federal and state regulations, including 2 CFR 200, FTA circulars, buy America, and disadvantaged business enterprise

• Easements, rights-of-way, and property acquisition
• Eminent domain
- Specialized transit topics
• Indiana code governing public transportation operations
• Special taxing district
• Bus advertising
• Ada compliance
