The Vendor is required to provide for managing personnel issues across state government.
- Provide as needed immigration law advice and representation to the State in connection with employment-related immigration issues that may be presented.
- Its needs for these services will be occasional and periodic and will be required only and strictly on an “as needed” basis. Interested parties should anticipate a maximum of 360 hours of legal services over the duration of the contract—though no specific amount of work is promised or guaranteed.
- Must be readily available to provide high quality legal guidance for the following services:
• General immigration-related employment matters
• Compliance with Federal immigration laws
• Visa requirements and work eligibility
• Sponsorship
• Other immigration issues as requested.
