Legal Process Services

The Vendor is required to provide legal process services on a statewide and out of state basis for the County
- must have the ability to serve papers in non-adjacent counties in other states with reasonable diligence.
- Affidavits of Service must be provided promptly after service as directed by each authorizing department.
- Must be familiar with and comply with all statutory requirements for the service of papers, including any licensing, permit, and bonding requirement in the jurisdiction where the papers are to be served.
- Must be responsible for all additional photocopying of service packet(s), including any summonses, description sheets, and petitions, earning statements, financial affidavits, other forms or documentation included in the packet(s).
