Legal Services

The Vendor is required to provide legal services for include:
•    General legal advice to the board of education and district administration
•    Review, drafting, and negotiation of contracts, policies, and agreements
•    Representation in administrative proceedings, litigation, and disputes
•    Guidance on employment matters, including personnel issues and labor relations
•    Assistance with compliance with federal and state laws and regulations
•    Attendance at board meetings and other meetings as requested
•    Legal training for district staff and board members as needed.
