Outside Counsel Services

The Vendor is required to provide outside counsel shall include representation, advice and assistance with respect to any assigned matters involving:
• Subrogation and recovery - WC and third-party liability matters;
• Insurance coverage counsel and litigation; and,
• School board insurance group counsel.
