Family Court Attorney Services

The Vendor is required to provide legal representation to indigent defendants within the criminal and family court systems in county.
- Attorneys for the provision of legal representation to indigent individuals for matters in the county family court.
- The Attorney Contractor shall maintain detailed time and case records in forms prescribed by the County's Administrator of Legal Defense, including but not limited to:
• Client name;
• Date of assignment;
• Dates services were rendered;
• Nature of services rendered;
• Time expended;
• Status of each matter;
• Monthly assignment totals;
• Annual assignment totals;
• Any subcontracted assignments; and
• An original or attorney-certified copy of the Form 1, Court Order, or equivalent assignment document.
