The Vendor is required to provide legal services.
- The City Attorney makes all decisions regarding the City’s legal needs, the acquisition of outside counsel and the approval of invoices; although this authority may be delegated to staff attorneys. The City Attorney’s Office consults with its clients before engaging outside counsel.
- Provide legal counsel for certain specialized matters or, in some cases, may need additional assistance in these areas to support its legal staff.
