Legal Services

The Vendor is required to provide attorneys and/or legal firms interested in providing legal services, as needed, for the Board.
- Services to Be Performed
• Review of contracts between agency and awardees.
• Review and drafting of necessary documents with regard to employment matters, lease documents, letters of agreement and other legal services, as requested and required for compliance with Federal and State regulations pertaining to sub recipients of grant awards.
