Legal Services

The Vendor is required to provide for legal services.
- This amount includes time spent participating in any related conference call(s).
- Provide services that include, but are not limited to the following:
• Coordinate conference call(s) and communication with the other evaluators;
• Compile and forward all completed evaluation instruments to the agency designee upon completion of the evaluation process;
• Provide a summary report of evaluator comments and;
• If requested, present the evaluation results to agency staff and be available to answer questions from the board of directors at Board meeting(s).
