Legal Process Server Services

The Vendor is required to provide legal process service for county.
- The County may review or be provided any reports, documents or records reasonably related to this agreement.
- Financial report to the County within thirty (30) days after the end of the term of the contract covering the use of all funds received during the contract period.
- The report must clearly and accurately verify the manner in which funds received from this contract were actually disbursed.
- Maintain financial books, records, and other necessary supporting documents as required by the County.
- Use accounting procedures and practices which sufficiently and properly reflect all direct and indirect costs of the services provided under this contract.
- Collect statistical data of a fiscal nature on a regular basis and make fiscal and statistical reports at times prescribed by and on forms furnished by the County.
