The Vendor is required to provide specialized legal services supporting the Center’s operations, with demonstrated experience representing convention centers, hotels, destination marketing organizations, and related public or quasi-public entities.
- General Legal Advisory Services
• Interpretation and application of federal, state, and local laws affecting hospitality and public assembly facilities
• Legal advice related to operational policies, procedures, and risk exposure
• Legal research and written opinions on hospitality-related matters
• Review and guidance on regulatory compliance, including:
• Public accommodation and accessibility requirements
• Alcohol service and liquor licensing
• Health and safety regulations
• Consumer protection and hospitality standards
- Contract Review, Drafting, and Negotiation
• Event and facility use agreements
• Hotel room block and attrition agreements
• Food and beverage service contracts
• Destination management company (DMC) agreements
• Production, AV, and staging contracts
• Sponsorship, activation, and marketing agreements
• Vendor and service provider agreements
• Lease and license agreements
• Partnership and broker agreements
• Services include:
• Risk allocation and indemnification provisions
• Insurance and liability language
• Force majeure and cancellation clauses
• Payment terms and security instruments
• Compliance with public procurement requirements (if applicable)
